I’m currently not accepting any new patients, please contact me if you wish to be added to the wait list.

Returning patients, please note that some of my bookings have been changed to ‘contact to book’. You are more then welcome to reach out with the date/time that you are trying to schedule. Otherwise, regular re-bookings are available at the time of your appointments.

Direct billing is available for most insurance companies, but I do not work with ICBC or Work safe.

Located at 131 Vermilion Avenue, inside the Carter Hearing building. Please wait just outside the clinic or in your vehicle before your appointment, I will wave you in 2-3 mins before your start time unless the hearing clinic is open, please come in, find a seat and I will bring you into the treatment room a few minutes prior to your start time.

I graduated from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy (OVCMT) in 2023. Being in the healthcare industry has always been a goal of mine, I’m passionate about helping others, and massage therapy has been a great profession for supporting others to find relief from pain, stress or general tension. Each treatment is tailored to the individual, some techniques used are general Swedish, myofascial and trigger point release, neuromuscular therapy, pin and stretching, passive or active stretching, and or joint mobilizations. When not in the clinic I can be found enjoying time with family and friends, reading, gardening, baking, camping, or hiking!
